Ingredients
- 2 Sub Rolls
- 5–8 oz. Roast Beef
- ½ cup Beef stock
- Green pepper
- ½ onion
- Minced garlic1
- Mushrooms1
- Swiss cheese1

Steps
- Thinly slice the onion to get nice half-circles.
- Slice the green pepper into thin slices about 2" long.
- Heat the beef stock in a skillet on medium to medium-high.
Toss in the garlic, mushrooms, onions and
green peppers, and sauté until the onions are translucent, and
almost golden.
- Split and toast the rolls.
- Chop the roast beef roughly, and toss it in with the
peppers and onions, until heated through and onions are
golden.
- Layer on the filling onto the toasted buns and top with
Swiss cheese.
