I made a big mistake and did one thing right one year for Thanksgiving Dinner, and the turkey was a big
hit with everyone. Moist, tender, and flavorful.
- One thing I planned to do: Cut a lemon into quarters and toss into the cavity of the turkey
- One thing I goofed up: I forgot to take the neck out of the cavity
Place the prepared turkey into a roasting bag and follow the directions on the roasting bag, but don't
forget to
- add the lemon
- take all the mystery items out of the cavity
- do leave the neck inside, but don't let anyone know the secret!
